Born and raised in Brasília, Brazil, I moved to the U.S. in 2001 and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. I began my career working for Maverick Entertainment Group, where I contributed key art for posters and art directed trailers for movies that were distributed globally.  
 
After working extensively in advertising and branding agencies, I started working at the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County, a local, nonprofit arts support agency. At the Cultural Council, I have the opportunity of working in phenomenal in-house marketing department and also serve as the client to our agency of record in our national tourism campaigns. 

 

In 2018, I joined the board of directors of the American Advertising Federation Greater Fort Lauderdale and The Palm Beaches

 

My areas of expertise include user experience, design thinking, typography, color psychology, branding and art direction—including graduate education in the latter two from ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing) in São Paulo, Brazil.
 
My zeal for the visual arts extends beyond my professional life through my work in illustration, painting and creating textile patterns.
